If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and all the original accessories and manuals should be included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and reason for the return. We will give you a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that Ecocultured LLC  will not cover the cost of return shipping, except when the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
